Andreas Nigulis brings over 40 years of expertise in port operations and the management of both marine and inland terminals, with experience overseeing throughputs of over 2 million TEU annually.
He has held senior executive positions with leading global terminal operators, including Eurogate, Contship Italia Group, P&O Ports, and PSA Europe, working across Germany, Italy, and Portugal.
His areas of expertise include:
- Mitigation of business interruption claims
- Start-up management and organisational restructuring
- Efficiency improvements in operations, engineering, and ICT systems
A Master Mariner with a Diploma in Maritime Studies, Andreas is a full member of The Academy of Experts in London. Fluent in German, English, and Italian, and conversant in basic Portuguese, he brings a multicultural and international perspective to every project.
